Western Australia’s Sand Dunes

February 8th, 2009 at 6:46pm

Took a trip up to Lancelin this passed weekend to shoot some dune shots for the portfolio. It was very windy when I arrived at the Dunes and did not let up till long after sunset. I took several images and tracked up and down dunes for hours looking for the best lines in the sand and shears drops. While the dunes are always changing shape I can see myself revisiting this area soon with some new point of views of these dunes.

So for now having looked through the images taken I am pleased to say I will have 2 new images to the Galleries On Spool Photography this coming week.

Here are some small jpeg versions of these images. The large files I have for print purposes are amazing in detail and clarity, very much looking forward to print these images at 60 inches (1.5mtrs)
