I just love photographing sand dunes, the ever changing light reflecting off the sand that is in continual movement with shapes and shadows only nature can provide. The dunes north of Esperance would have to be the most breathtaking I have seen yet. The dunes seemed to go on forever to the horizon and beyond, the sand was pure white and smooth with just the ridges providing a transition between one sand dune and the next with some up to 400 feet high.
